Designated an "exceptional product", this 100% natural liqueur is made from the finest Italian Williams Bon Chrétien pears. This fragile variety of pear is preferred by our Master Distiller for its unrivalled taste properties and respect for the natural environment in which it is grown.
As soon as they arrive in our workshop, fresh, untreated pears are sorted, chopped and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Once the natural fermentation process is complete, the pears are distilled in our four Holstein copper stills, and the resulting distillate is aged in stainless steel vats for at least two years.
It is this 100% artisanal and natural process, respecting the rules of the art of traditional distillation, that enables us to offer you this liqueur with its divine aromas and incomparable flavor.
