Ingredients

  • 5cl Williams Pear N°1
  • 3cl Ivory Black
  • 1 espresso fait minute (4cl)
  • 1cl cane sugar syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Accessories

  • Shaker, strainer, Chinese
  • Martini glass 25cl
  • Trim

  • 3 coffee beans
  • Preparation

    1. 
    Fill the glass completely with ice cubes.
    2. 
    Pour ingredients into your shaker and fill with ice cubes. Shake for 15 seconds.
    3. 
    Empty your glass of ice and pour the contents of your shaker into your glass using your strainer and a chinois.

    Tip from the pro

    To obtain a creamy foam, you need to shake very hard and pour your mixture quickly to the end. For a more complex cocktail, replace your cane sugar syrup with Muscovado sugar syrup.
