Ingredients

  • 5cl Armagnac Pear
  • 15cl Premium Ginger Ale
  • 3 dashes of Angostura
  • Ice cubes
  • Accessories

  • Bar spoon, stirrer
  • Highball glass
  • Trim

  • Orange zest
  • Preparation

    1. 
    Fill the glass with ice cubes.
    2. 
    Pour in the Poire à L'Armagnac. Top up with Premium Ginger Ale, avoiding ice cubes.
    3. 
    Mix with a bar spoon.
    4. 
    Add dashes of Angostura and decoration.
    5. 
    Serve with a stirrer

    Tip from the pro

    You can replace the orange zest with a dehydrated pear. For added freshness, add 2cl of fresh lime juice.
