1 Goliath Blonde 33cl

2 cl ginger syrup

Ice cubes

Jigger, ice scoop, bar spoon

Goliath glass

Beer foam

Fill the glass completely with ice cubes.

Pour in the Giant's Gin using the jigger.

Add the ginger syrup.

Top up with beer. Mix with bar spoon.

Tip from the pro

This is what we call a Cockt'Ale, i.e. a beer cocktail. You can also replace the ginger syrup with elderflower syrup or liqueur.
