June is cherry season!

They arrive directly from a Belgian producer to be macerated and then distilled.

They will be used for our GRIOTTE, a light, creamy liqueur with the natural flavors of fresh fruit.

And don't forget the traditional FLAMBEE, a cherry spirit specially created for the Ducasse aux Cerises de Biercée.

This tradition dates back to 1875 and revalorizes the cherry that made the village famous until the early 20th century.

The 2022 edition will be held on July 8, 9, 10 and 11 and will celebrate the 147th ducasse! "Que Flambe Flambée!" @Confrerie du Taste-Cerises de Biercée
