5cl Utopie Organic Vodka

2cl fresh lemon

1cl ginger syrup

10cl apple-pear juice

Ice cubes

Accessories

Proportioner, bar spoon

Highball glass

Trim

Slice of fresh pear or lemon.

Preparation

1.

Fill the glass with ice cubes.

2.

Pour in Utopie vodka, ginger syrup and fresh lemon juice.

3.

Add the apple-pear juice.

4.

Mix with a bar spoon.

Tip from the pro

For an even more original and subtle cocktail, you can use pure pear juice.
