The Distillery has just welcomed the first citrus fruits of the year: Primofiori lemons and Navel oranges from Murcia. As soon as they arrive, they head for the press to extract the juice, which is then macerated in alcohol and transferred to our stills for further distillation.
Here, fruit is respected, valued and sublimated.
