From the development of the recipe to the delicate choice of glass, the bartender must demonstrate skill and talent. And it's this talent that we'd like to showcase with our competition: Le Shaker d'Or.
On 06/02/20023, professionals in the trade and the country's top hotel schools presented their best cocktail.BE, which they imagined and created using at least one product from the Distillerie de Biercée. From its creation to its name, the cocktail had to have a Belgian touch. In this way, the Distillerie aims to promote the bartending profession and highlight the know-how of Belgian cocktaillerie!
Judged on the basis of strict criteria by experienced juries, the winners of the 2023 edition were rewarded and their creation became a true signature cocktail of the Distillery.
