Ingredients

  • 5 cl Eau de Villée
  • 1 cl cane sugar syrup
  • 1 lime, cut into 8
  • Ice cubes or crushed ice
  • Accessories

  • 1 old fashioned wine glass
  • Trim

  • 2 short recyclable straws
  • Preparation

    1. 
    Pour in 1 cl cane sugar syrup.
    2. 
    Add 6 pieces of lime.
    3. 
    Crush all ingredients with a pestle.
    4. 
    Fill the glass with ice cubes or crushed ice.
    5. 
    Pour in 5 cl of Eau de Villée.
    6. 
    Finish by stirring with a spoon.

    Tip from the pro

    Unlike the Mojito, which requires the freshness of lime juice, the Caïpi needs the bitterness of its peel. Lime pieces are crushed with cane sugar.
